Clients & Sessions
Our work is a collaborative process for adults (18+) from all walks of life.
We will work well together if you want to deepen your awareness of authentic self, identify self-limiting patterns, manage and resolve anxiety and depression, discover a clearer sense of meaning and purpose, and evolve the relationships in your life.
This process can be profoundly healing if we have experienced the trauma of others insisting we must do what they want, rather than being honored and respected as our sovereign selves.
It's also a space for us if we are stuck in grief. Grief can often leave us feeling confused about who we are and disconnected from our sense of purpose. We can navigate this together.
Our work is also a welcoming, affirmative space for exploring the full spectrum of identity. This includes those in the LGBTQIA+ community and those navigating the world with Autism or ADHD neurodiversity.
Ultimately, this path is for anyone who feels ready to address their issues in this deep, collaborative way.
In my experience, therapy works best when done with consistency and in-person connection. To support our process, we will find a regular, dedicated time to meet in my office each week. This consistency is what allows us to build the continuity and stability needed for healing.
Our shared time is an important part of this commitment. If you need to change or cancel our appointment, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting.
If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will apply. I see this policy as an act of mutual respect for your journey, my time, and the work we commit to doing together.
