I work with individual clients who are adults or elders (anyone over 18 years old).

I work really well with clients who want to deepen and grow their awareness of authentic self, identify self-limiting patterns, heal from trauma and grief, manage and resolve anxiety and depression, discover meaning and purpose, and evolve the relationships they have in their lives.

 

In my experience, therapy works best when done regularly and in-person. I usually see clients in my office for regular sessions at the same time each week. Occasionally clients attend for sessions twice per week.

If you need to change or cancel a session, please let me know at least a day (24 hours) ahead

so that I have time to offer the session to someone else, otherwise

a cancellation fee will apply.
