For clients using these plans, services will be billed directly to your insurance company. Depending on your specific plan, you may be responsible for a copayment or coinsurance amount.

If I am not currently a provider for your insurance plan I can provide you with a super-bill, which you may submit to your health insurance for out-of-network reimbursement; you can check to see if your specific plan includes this benefit.

For clients choosing to pay out-of-pocket, my standard fees are $250 for the initial intake session and $200 for each subsequent session. However, I am committed to making therapy accessible, so a sliding scale fee structure is available to those experiencing  financial hardship. Please let me know if you would like to discuss this. 
 

All copayments, coinsurances, and out of pocket fees are due at the time of service and can be paid by

cash, check, or Venmo.

When an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of your session fee will apply.

 

For clients using their insurance plan to cover session costs, the late cancellation fee will be 50% of my standard session fee. Kindly note that this fee must be paid out-of-pocket by the client, as insurance companies do not cover these charges.

 

For clients choosing to pay out-of-pocket, experiencing financial hardship and on a sliding scale fee structure, the fee will be 50% of whatever you usually pay for your session.
